Richmond Hill Culinary Arts Centre - Junior Cooking Camp

This is an annual event held during the summer holidays for children 10 to 14 years of age. It covers basic cooking and baking techniques, nutrition, kitchen safety, sanitation and dining etiquette. The highlight of each Camp is the Parent Gala Dinner hosted by the students as their graduating ceremony on the final evening of the program.

Course Duration: Monday to Friday, 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. (Friday until 8 p.m.)
